Correct addition of RMA (Defective) cartridges.

  • ⦿ The defective cartridge must be photographed together with the test sheet.
  • ⦿ The cartridge model is visible.
  • ⦿ The serial number is visible.

If the serial number of the cassette is on the other side of the cassette, then there must be two photos.

In the case of an unreadable cartridge, it is necessary to take a photo of the cartridge model and serial number, and a photo of the printer screen or error message.

The same principle applies to ink cartridges. An inkjet cartridge usually does not have a serial number. Also, if the cartridge is not readable, we take a picture of the printer error

Incorrect Delivery of a defective cartridge is when:

  • ⦿ The cassette is photographed separately from the test sheet.
  • ⦿ The serial number and model of the cassette are not photographed.
  • ⦿ No test sheet.
